Terms of Service for So Merveille - Makeup Artist

Welcome to So Merveille - Makeup Artist 's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions

1.All appointments must be made at least 14-28 days in advance. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all bookings.

2.A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. The Remaining payment is required to be paid on before/on the day of the booking.

If a booking is canceled before the 24-hour mark, the deposit will be retained. If the service is rescheduled, the deposit will transfer to the new appointment.

3. Timing and Delays

Adherence to scheduled times is crucial; delays caused by the client may incur additional charges.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled without a refund.

If the delay impacts subsequent appointments, the makeup artist reserves the right to cancel the session without refund.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated in writing; deposits are non-refundable after three days from payment.

 5. Service Limitations

Health Conditions & Allergies: The Client must inform the Makeup Artist of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to the appointment. The Makeup Artist will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or skin issues resulting from the makeup used.

The Makeup Artist agrees to provide makeup services as per the booked appointment. Any additional services requested during the appointment may be subject to extra charges.

6.No Guarantee of Satisfaction: While the Makeup Artist strives for client satisfaction, makeup results are subject to skin types and preferences,  the Makeup artist will make reasonable attempts to correct the service at no extra cost, within a reasonable time frame after the service.

 Your health and safety are important to us, so please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before any makeup application

7. Weather and Emergency Cancellations:

If a cancellation is due to an emergency, illness, or weather (in certain cases), the makeup artist will attempt to reschedule the appointment at the earliest convenience or refer the client to another makeup Artist at no extra cost.

A deposit refund may be offered in extreme cases of emergency.

8. Additional Fees

Travel fees may apply based on distance from the artist’s location.
Extra charges may occur for additional services requested on the day of the event.

9. Photography & Social Media

Photos of Work: The Client agrees that the Makeup Artist may take photographs of the makeup look for portfolio, promotional, or social media use. If the Client does not wish to be featured in such photos, they must notify the Makeup Artist before the session.

10.Tagging & Credit: If the Client shares photos of their makeup on social media, the Makeup Artist kindly requests that proper credit be given by tagging the artist’s social media handle.-
